The Consolidated APC Grassroots Movement (CAGrAM) has lauded the Minister of Interior, Dr. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, for the far-reaching reforms he has introduced in the ministry, noting that his efforts have enhanced Nigeria’s global image.
The commendation was given in Abuja when a delegation of the movement, led by its Deputy National Chairman, Hon. Dr. Stephen Omobamidele Agbi, paid a visit to the minister.
Agbi described Tunji-Ojo as “super minister” who had brought the good image of the country to the fore of excellence and relevance.
The Ondo politician, who also serves as Special Adviser on Mobilisation to Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa, said the minister’s strides are proof that the Renewed Hope agenda of President Bola Tinubu is on the right path.
According to him, Tunji-Ojo’s leadership has repositioned the ministry, making service delivery more efficient.
He explained that the courtesy call was not only to acknowledge the minister’s role in advancing the Renewed Hope Initiative but also to strengthen grassroots mobilisation nationwide ahead of the 2027 general elections.
As part of the visit, the group named the minister as National Patron of CAGrAM and presented him with a formal letter of appointment.
Other issues discussed included the unity and future strength of the ruling party, with the delegation describing the meeting as strategic for the APC’s long-term success.
