A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ondo State, Oluwaseun Ajongbolo, has applauded the Minister of Interior, Bunmi Tunji-Ojo, for what he described as an outstanding performance in his two years in office.
Ajongbolo, in a statement issued to newsmen in Akure, said the Minister has shown vision, competence, and commitment to public service, adding that his achievements have made Ondo State proud at the national level.
According to him, “Hon. Bunmi Tunji-Ojo has within two years transformed the Ministry of Interior through bold reforms that touch directly on the lives of Nigerians. He has performed exceptionally well in all sectors of his ministry, especially in strengthening border security and making visa applications more seamless.”
He stressed that the Minister’s achievements represent the qualities of purposeful leadership.
“Tunji-Ojo has redefined service delivery. His reforms are not only improving efficiency but also restoring public confidence in the ministry,” Ajongbolo said.
The APC chieftain further noted that Tunji-Ojo’s performance reflects positively on Ondo State.
“As an illustrious son of Ondo, he has made us proud. He is a shining example of what competence, passion, and determination can achieve in government,” he added.
Ajongbolo also praised the Minister for his dedication to security matters. “His leadership has ensured that our borders are safer and better monitored. This is a key contribution to national security which Nigerians must commend,” he stated.
He pointed out that reforms in the visa application process have equally changed the narrative for Nigerians and foreigners alike.
“Today, the stress and delays that used to frustrate applicants have been greatly reduced. This is one of the clear signs that the Minister is result-driven.
Ajongbolo urged Nigerians to continue supporting the Minister, saying, “His achievements in just two years show that he is a man of capacity and vision. With greater support, he will continue to deliver more for the benefit of our people and the country at large.”
“What he has achieved in two years gives us confidence in the future. He has proven that politics can indeed be about service and transformation,” Ajongbolo declared.
