The bootcamp, which took place in July, attracted thousands of registrations from fresh graduates and early-career professionals across Nigeria, reflecting the growing demand for practical, skills-based development among the nation’s youths.
From this impressive applicant pool, HYT selected a focused cohort of participants to ensure a personalized, high-impact learning experience.
Over the five day period, participants were immersed in intensive, hands-on training modules covering CV and cover letter development, interview readiness, emotional intelligence, communication in professional settings, workplace ethics, and real-world job simulations.
The program also featured mock interviews, team projects, and one-on-one mentoring sessions with HR experts and industry leaders.
According to the CEO of HYT Consulting, Mrs. Folusho Odegbaike, the bootcamp is part of the company’s broader vision to directly tackle youth unemployment, underemployment and lack of unemployable graduates through strategic workforce interventions.
