The Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Delta State on Political Matters, Hon. Francis Obule JP, has extended warm birthday wishes to Governor Sheriff Francis Oborevwori as he marks his 62nd birthday, describing the governor as a man of destiny and a true inspiration to the people of Delta State.
In a goodwill message shared with journalists in Warri, Hon. Obule praised the governor’s unwavering dedication to public service and his exceptional leadership qualities.
He noted that under Oborevwori’s watch, Delta State has continued to experience meaningful development, strengthened unity, and increased access to democratic dividends.
Obule highlighted that the governor’s people-oriented approach to governance has created a renewed sense of belonging among Deltans.
He lauded the progress being made through the implementation of the MORE Agenda, which focuses on Meaningful Development, Opportunities for All, Realistic Reforms, and Enhanced Peace and Security, stating that these ideals are visibly taking root in every part of the state.
Reflecting on Governor Oborevwori’s journey, Obule emphasized the governor’s rise from modest beginnings to becoming the longest-serving Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, and now, the Executive Governor of the state.

He added that at 62, Oborevwori remains a beacon of light and a blessing to the people of Delta State and beyond.
