
The Chairman of the Senate Committee on Appropriations, Senator Solomon Adeola Yayi, has reaffirmed that the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and APC is already yielding positive results in critical areas as the administration heads towards its midterm anniversary.
Speaking as a special guest of honour at the 20th Coronation Anniversary of the Omola of Imala, Oba Moses Adegboyega Olabode mni in Imala over the weekend, the Senator said that key reforms of the Tinubu administration in the area of removal of petrol subsidy, exchange rates stabilization and infrastructure development initiatives among others are yielding positive results for the citizens with some prices of goods falling downwards in recent times and a collapse of the economy averted.

Senator Adeola, who was represented by his Chief Of Staff and the Baaroyin of Imala Kingdom, Chief Kayode Odunaro, at the event attended by Oba Kehinde Olugbenle, the Olu Of Ilaro and Paramount Ruler of Yewaland as well as Oba Olufemi Omolade, the Olubara of Ibara, said under the Renewed Hope Agenda and in compliment of the infrastructure development of the administration of Prince Dapo Abiodun in Ogun State, he has attracted and completed over 250 infrastructure projects in Ogun West while many others are in various stages of completion and more coming in the months ahead.


Senator Adeola restated his promised that the deplorable Federal road from Rounda in Abeokuta to Olorunda as well as Olorunda to Imala will be constructed in due course as part of the Renewed Hope Agenda Infrastructure Initiatives.
In his remarks while congratulating Omola of Imala on his 20th anniversary, Oba Olugbenle praised the Omola of Imala, a former President of National Assocition of Nigerian Nurses and Midwives(NANNM), for attracting development to his kingdom including a proposed foreign sponsored Providence International University, Imala.

The royal father, who is the chairman of Ogun State Traditional Council, said he is sure that the road leading to Imala will soon be re-constructed as promised adding that the people of Imala should register to vote to actively participate in coming elections as such active participation is a precursor to good governance at all levels.
The Omola of Imala, Oba Olabode while thanking all for their attendance and support at the occasion prayed for the administration of President Tinubu and Prince Abiodun as well as other political office holders in their strides to make the society better stressing that the proposed Providence International University at Imala is a legacy he is pursuing with his foreign associates as a contribution towards educational development in Nigeria.

The event witnessed the disbursement of financial grants to market women, award of scholarships as well as cultural displays.
