Following President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s appointment of Rt. Hon. Prince Chibudom Nwuche as the Chairman of the South/South Development Commission, a strategic body established to drive sustainable development and economic growth in the oil-rich South-South region of Nigeria, the apex Niger Delta socio-cultural group, Orashi National Congress, ONC, has congratulated the distinguished son of Rivers State, saying the appointment is well deserved.Â
The announcement has been met with widespread commendation, particularly from leaders and stakeholders in the Niger Delta. Among the first to publicly congratulate Prince Nwuche was Amb. Comrade Emeni Ibe, President General of the Orashi National Congress, who described the appointment as “a recognition of leadership, service, and integrity”.
